MFC Foundation's award winning PL Kicks programme is in action all across Teesside, and Redcar and Cleveland this week
In their annual ceremony at Twickenham, the Sport and Recreation Alliance awarded the Foundation top prize in the Youth Development category, recognition for their work across the communities of Teesside.
The extent of that work is evidenced by their activities this week. This isn’t a special week, rather it’s one that’s repeated throughout the academic year.
This week there will be 28 sessions for 5-18-year-olds across Teesside, specifically in Middlesbrough, Stockton, Hartlepool, Redcar, Loftus, Skinningrove and Skelton.
In total 16 different sites will be used, and it’s not all football as Dance, Golf, Targeted Youth and Youth Club sessions are also running.
