Digital Ticketing

Digital ticketing is available for the SAME CATEGORIES as our previous home matches - NEW SEASON CARD HOLDERS for 2023/24, as well as those who MOVED SEAT or CHANGED PRICE TYPE, with no further rollout at this stage.

If you're in one of these categories and downloaded and used your digital Season Card for the Millwall and/or Huddersfield match, you can use it again in exactly the same way on Saturday. There is NO NEED TO RE-DOWNLOAD - the existing digital Season Card in the 'Wallet' of your smartphone or other device remains valid for entry. This remains the case, even if the digital Season Card still displays the previous match, or has moved to the 'Expired Passes' section of your Wallet, in which case you can select it and choose 'Unhide'.

If you can't attend and wish to forward your digital Season Card to another supporter, please contact the Ticket Office.

If you are a Season Card holder and are NOT in one of these three categories, the digital ticketing plans do not yet apply to you, and on Saturday you should use your existing physical Season Card as normal. As shown in the graphic below, please TAP YOUR SEASON CARD to the reader for entry. Only printed match tickets should go in the mouth of the reader.
