A new book which revisits the club's most magical and memorable moments is set to provide fans with a Boro diary for every day of the year.

Middlesbrough On This Day charts the journey from our foundations in the 1870s to 21st-century exploits at the Riverside.

Famous matches, great players, quirky tales and heart-breaking times are all remembered in the book through entertaining anecodates and unforgettable characters.

Decades of research by Tosh Warwick, Gordon Reed and Shaun Wilson brought it to fruition, with the achievements of club legends including George Camsell, Wilf Mannion, Brian Clough, Tony Mowbray and Bernie Slaven all celebrated.

From Boro's early amateur trophy success to John Hickton's famous penalty run-ups, Juninho's jinking runs to Maccarone-inspired magical European nights at the Riverside, it's all featured!
