Six Boro players have been called up to represent their countries in the upcoming international break.

Among them is Isaiah Jones, who is in the Guyana squad for the first time as they take on Suriname (5 September) and Martinique (9 September) in the CONCACAF Nations League.

He could come up against Boro team-mate Anfernee Dijksteel in the first of those fixtures, with the full-back part of the Suriname squad. Suriname take on Guadeloupe in the second of their games in this period on 9 September.

One of our summer arrivals, Tommy Conway, is in the senior Scotland squad for UEFA Nations League games against Poland on 5 September and Portugal on 8 September.

Seny Dieng is set to be in Africa Cup of Nations qualification action for Senegal in their matches against Burkina Faso on 6 September and Barundi on 9 September.

Emmanuel Latte Lath also faces Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers for Ivory Coast against Zambia on 6 September and Chad on 10 September.

There could also be international minutes for Sammy Silvera - currently on loan with Portsmouth - after he was named in the Australia squad for World Cup qualifiers against Bahrain (5 September) and Indonesia (10 September).

Aidan Morris could get a call-up to represent USA in friendlies against Canada on 7 September and New Zealand on 10 September. The USA squad has not yet been announced.
