Finn Azaz and Hayden Hackney bagged their first international goals for their respective nations over the International break.
Hackney had an instant impact when he opened the scoring to claim his first goal for England U21s, with Lee Carsley's side running out 4-2 winners over Portugal. Samuel Iling-Junior was also involved from the start for the Young Lions in their impressive display at the Hawthorns.
The Boro duo also made appearances off the bench in England U21s' 5-3 defeat against France.
Azaz grabbed his first international goal for Ireland in their first 2-1 win against Bulgaria. The midfielder was involved once again in the second leg when he set up Evan Ferguson to make it 1-1. Ireland went on to win the game 2-1, retaining their place in Nations League B with a 4-2 two-leg victory.
Mark Travers was on the bench in both games for Ireland.
Sticking with the Nations League, Tommy Conway also made a substitute appearance in Scotland’s 3-0 defeat to Greece on Sunday evening.
Elsewhere, Tom Glover was named on the bench for Australia's 5-1 win over Indonesia, with the goalkeeper set to be on the bench in their clash against China.
