Hailing from Manchester, Micah was born on 13 November 2003
He joined the Academy of Manchester City aged nine and progressed through the ranks there
Micah received touchline advice from legendary City manager Pep Guardiola while serving as a ballboy in 2017

The forward had a standout season in City’s Under-18 Premier League North title win in 2021/22, scoring 11 goals and contributing eight assists in 22 appearances

After making appearances for the U18s and U21s in 2021/22 and 2022/23, he was promoted to the U21 team for the 2023/24 season

That campaign saw Micah notch two goals and register six assists, while he also featured six times in the EFL Trophy

He was included in the first-team squad by Guardiola for the first time in September 2023 for a League Cup tie against Newcastle United

It got better for the youngster when he made his professional debut in the Champions League away at Red Star Belgrade last December. He scored in the 19th minute to help City to a 3-2 win

He also traveled with the squad to Saudi Arabia that month as City competed in – and won – the FIFA Club World Cup

Micah has been involved with England at youth level, representing his country at U16 and U20 levels, including appearances against Poland and Czech Republic for the latter
He is now ready for the next chapter of his young career with Boro

Micah was born in Manchester on 13 November 2003 and signed his first Academy terms with Manchester City at the age of nine. He received international publicity four years later when, while operating as a ball boy at a City home match, he received touchline instructions from manager Pep Guardiola. The forward had a major breakthrough season in 2021/22, scoring 11 goals and contributing eight assists in 22 appearances as City won the Under-18 Premier League North title. He was promoted to the club's Under-21s squad for the 2023/24 season and was included in the first-team squad for the first time in September 2023. Micah's senior debut came in the Champions League and he marked it with a goal, scoring the opener in City's 3-2 win at Red Star Belgrade in December 2023. He was also part of the squad which won the FIFA Club World Cup in Saudi Arabia later that month and has been capped by England at Under-16 and Under-20 level. Micah joined Boro on a four-year contract in August 2024.
