In her youth Rose's early years were spent playing for local teams, Cleveland Juniors, Kader Boys and Boro Rangers Girls until the age of 11. 

Her talent earned her a spot in the Teesside Regional Talent Centre at just 12 years old, a team she would spend four seasons at, leaving to join Middlesbrough - her first senior club at 16. 

During her time at Teesside RTC Rose's exceptional development earned her call-ups to England camps at U15 and U16 levels.

Despite being just 17 Rose isn't a stranger to silverware, winning the U18 ESFA National Cup with Trinity College.
