Are you coming to see The Killers at the Riverside today? Join us from the early afternoon for extra live music, food and drink and much more...
The Killers will play the Riverside Stadium on Wednesday 1 June, supported by special guests Manic Street Preachers, as part of their rescheduled 'Imploding The Mirage' Tour.
The blockbuster event arrives on Teesside ahead of a four-day Bank Holiday weekend for the Platinum Jubilee, and we're inviting concert goers to arrive early at the Riverside to kick-start the party.
Our Fan Village is open to all ticket holders from 2.30pm on the day, making up the large area in front of the Riverside, and is the perfect place to soak up the pre-gig atmosphere.
There will be a huge range of stalls, serving up delicious hot food such as gourmet burgers, fish and chips, noodles, wood-fired pizzas and hog roast.
There's plenty of drinks on offer too, options including Pimm’s, Prosecco and a selection of spirits served from Tuc Tuc signature bars, pale ales and beers from the Theakston's cask bar, a double-decker open top bus serving draught, bottles, wine and spirits and more.
A programme of local bands are lined up to provide a live music backdrop to enjoy the fan village with friends and family.
The vast majority of food stalls, beverage outlets and merchandise units will take most credit and debit cards or cash payments. Card payments are strongly preferred. There are no cash machines on site.
Bags will be searched on entry, larger than size A4 will not be permitted.
