On a matchday, satellite ticket offices situated around the Riverside are also open, typically from 90 minutes before kick-off.

Car Parking

There are six matchday car parks on-site at the Riverside Stadium.

Please note that all seasonal spaces are currently reserved and it is unlikely that any further seasonal passes will become available.

Subject to availability, there is also general matchday parking which can be purchased for £7, also subject to a £1.50 per pass processing fee. This is sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Access and exiting the car parks is restricted to one hour prior to kick-off, and 30 minutes after the final whistle.

The club also offers a 'Drop Off Pass', valid for a designated drop-off area at the bus stop on The Halyard. The pass allows vehicles to pass through road closure points at certain times to assist supporters who cannot walk long distances.

For all car parking enquiries, please contact the Ticket Office on 01642 929421.

Alternative matchday parking locations in Middlesbrough Town Centre can be found below.

Priority Points

Priority Points will continue to be awarded and utilised where applicable for ticket sales of high-demand games in the 2024/25 season.

Priority Points are awarded based on Season Ticket purchases and home and away ticket buys, and determine access to tickets for matches where there is high demand with a tiered application process.

The scheme operates in a two-year continuous cycle, with the 2024/25 season now becoming the second year of that cycle. This means that points accrued in the 2023/24 season will be carried across into the new season. Points from 2022/23 will no longer be tallied, with only the two most recent seasons applicable.

Points for 2024/25 Season Ticket purchases and renewals have now been applied, as follows:

Season Cards

Gold Season Tickets - 80 Points
Chairman’s Drink (Continuous Season Ticket Holder since 2015/16 and renewed within the Early Bird period) - 75 Points
Standard - 70 Points

Match ticket purchases*

Home match ticket - 3 Points
Away match ticket - 2 Points

*Priority Points for individual matches are subject to change

Priority Points are allocated on a per account basis not per ticket basis, i.e. a supporter receives points for how many games they attend, not how many tickets they purchase.

FAQs

Do Season Ticket holders get further points when purchasing additional tickets for league matches?

No, as they are allocated points for each league game at the beginning of the season. The additional ticket holder will receive the points if they are correctly allocated by the purchaser.

What happens if you don’t allocate additional tickets?

In this situation, no points for the additional tickets would be awarded. In order for the points to be allocated, you must assign each ticket to the correct owner - this cannot be applied retrospectively.

Do you still receive points if you buy an away ticket on the gate?

No, we are unable to add points retrospectively for tickets purchased at an away ground.

How do I know how many Priority Points I have?

To see how many Priority Points you have accrued, log in to your ticketing account at tickets.mfc.co.uk, and the total will be displayed in the bottom right corner of the screen.

If you have any queries regarding Priority Points please email ticket@mfc.co.uk
