The hard work continued for the Boro squad on day four of the Portugal camp.
After a demanding workout on Tuesday evening, Chris Wilder's players were back on the pitches on Wednesday for another tough session in temperatures of 35 degrees Celsius.
The more competitive members of the squad were taking advantage of a free afternoon by playing golf along with the manager and staff, knowing the staff are 1-0 up after the cricket victory earlier this summer.
The squad will have another double session Thursday before they face Braga in Lagos on Friday (7pm).
