Isaac Fletcher has joined Scunthorpe United on loan.

The 20-year-old midfielder joins the National League side on an initial 28-day arrangement.

Fletcher made his first team debut earlier this year when he came on as a substitute in the Carabao Cup defeat at the hands of Barnsley.

The Middlesbrough-born youngster also played for our Under-21s in the back-to-back wins against Derby County and Nottingham Forest, scoring after just 18 seconds against the Rams.

Last season, he scored three in 10 for our U23s before spending the second half of the campaign on loan at Hartlepool United.

He made 15 appearances for Pools and scored his first senior goal in a 2-1 win at Colchester.

Isaac leaves on loan with the best wishes of all at MFC.
