Michael Carrick and Chuba Akpom have been shortlisted for the Sky Bet Championship Manager and Player of the Month awards for March.
Boro won three from four under Head Coach Carrick's stewardship last month - including five- and four-goal victories over Reading and Preston North End respectfully - and earned a point from in-form Stoke City in the other.
The division's top scorer Akpom scored in each one of those four games, netting five in total and providing one assist.
Boro boss Carrick has now been nominated four times for the monthly managerial award since taking the reins in October, while Akpom has been nominated three times for the player award, winning it in December.
Rob Edwards (Luton Town), Alex Neil (Stoke City) and Mark Robins (Coventry City) are also in the running with Carrick, while Akpom is joined by Viktor Gyokeres (Coventry City), Ki-Jana Hoever (Stoke City) and Nathan Tella (Burnley).
The judging panel for the Sky Bet Player of the Month comprises Sky Sports’ EFL expert Don Goodman; EFL Chief Executive Trevor Birch and Sky Bet EFL trader Ivor Davies.
