Ahead of Saturday's match against Huddersfield Town at the Riverside, here is an update on digital ticketing.

For the first match of the season against Millwall, digital ticketing was introduced for three categories; NEW SEASON CARD HOLDERS for 2023/24, as well as those who MOVED SEAT or CHANGED PRICE TYPE. For Saturday's match against Huddersfield, digital ticketing is available for the SAME CATEGORIES, with no further rollout at this stage.

If you're in one of these categories and downloaded and used your digital Season Card for the Millwall match, you can use it again in exactly the same way on Saturday. There is NO NEED TO RE-DOWNLOAD - the existing digital Season Card in the 'Wallet' of your smartphone or other device remains valid for entry. This remains the case, even if the digital Season Card still displays the previous Millwall match, or has moved to the 'Expired Passes' section of your Wallet, in which case you can select it and choose 'Unhide'.

Your digital Season Card may display a different, incorrect fixture from time to time during the week while we undergo testing. This is normal, and will correct itself ahead of matchday.

If you're in one of these categories but didn't come to the Millwall match, we would urge you to get your digital Season Card set up now. Visit our help section here, which has all the info you need.

If you are a Season Card holder and are NOT in one of these three categories, the digital ticketing plans do not yet apply to you, and on Saturday you should use your existing physical Season Card as normal. As shown in the graphic below, please TAP YOUR SEASON CARD to the reader for entry. Only printed match tickets should go in the mouth of the reader.

As ever, we urge supporters to arrive at the Riverside in plenty of time to gain easy access and avoid congestion at the turnstiles.

To reiterate, as this is a phased rollout, please do not get in touch with the Ticket Office until/unless you have been contacted by the club informing you that it is time to get set up digital ticketing.

Digital ticketing will continue to be phased in, in stages, for existing Season Card holders over the course of 2023/24, and the club will keep fans fully informed in advance of changes to their requirements.

FAQs and Troubleshooting

Can I use my digital Season Card for my free drink?

If you are eligible for a free drink, you can now use your digital Season Card to claim it at the concourse kiosks. Have your digital Season Card ready, and tap it to the reader as instructed by staff.

Can I forward my digital Season Card on to a friend or family member?

We are working to have this option back online as quickly as possible, and will update supporters when this is available again. You will be able to forward a digital Season Card to anyone within the My Friends and Family section of your ticketing account. If you are based in the Generation Red Family Zone and wish to forward a Season Card, please contact the Ticket Office directly.

My digital Season Card still shows the Millwall match, or has moved to the 'Expired Passes' section of my wallet

In either instance, your digital Season Card will remain valid for entry on Saturday, and you do not need to re-download. You can move a Season Card from 'expired passes' to your Wallet by selecting it and choosing the 'Unhide' option. You can turn on automatic updates within your Wallet to allow your digital Season Card to update itself ahead of each matchday.

We'll also have staff on hand at the various ticket offfice locations around the Riverside available to help out on matchday, including a dedicated window at the South Stand ticket office, or you can speak to a steward.
