We are anticipating a surplus of 28,000 in attendance for Saturday's game with Ipswich bringing over 2,300 supporters.
 
As ever, we advise buying in advance, and arriving early to avoid congestion at the turnstiles.

  • North (collections): 1pm - kick-off
  • East/South/Visitors: 1.30pm - kick-off

Ticket Office staff will also be able to assist with any digital ticketing queries.

Again, please arrive early to allow for large numbers on the turnstiles and supporters getting used to using digital ticketing.

MSF's Big Festive Collection

Middlesbrough Supporters Forum will be collecting for Middlesbrough Foodbank, MFC Foundation, the Michael Carrick Foundation and Middlesbrough Salvation Army ahead of Saturday's game against Ipswich Town.

The collection point will be located near the North Stand Ticket Office from noon until kick-off, and all fans are urged to support the Christmas collection.

Middlesbrough Foodbank Collection

We are collecting non perishable food items and we will also be accepting cash and card payments for Middlesbrough Foodbank. You can also text MSF to 70560 to donate £5.

MFC Foundation and the Michael Carrick Foundation

MSF will again be teaming up with MFC Foundation and the Michael Carrick Foundation to collect football boots, Astro turf trainers and winter coats that will be recycled to be used within the local community.

Middlesbrough Salvation Army

MSF are supporting Middlesbrough Salvation Army with their Christmas toy appeal. Donations of any new or unwrapped gifts would be greatly received. From birth to 16 years old.
Everything we collect goes directly to helping local people in need.

Programme

Our #UTB matchday programme this season includes plenty of extra reading material.

The issues will be available to purchase around the stadium on matchdays and in the club shop.

You can also buy a seasonal subscription from the club’s official publishing partners Ignition Sports Media.

MFC Official

The club shop will be open from 9am until kick-off.

Club Author Anthony Vickers will be signing copies of his latest offering 'The Games That Shaped The Boro', priced at £15 in-store and online, between 1.30pm and 2.30pm.

You can purchase the new 1995/96 retro range shirt as well as all your festive goodies.

FanZone

Our FanZone is open from 12.30pm up to kick-off as well as after the final whistle, with a variety of drinks and snacks available.

Gary Philipson from BBC Tees is our compere, and Neil Maddison will give his thoughts on the game before kick-off at 1.35pm.

We also have our Home and Away Quiz and some giveaways.

FanZone is also open after the game.

Generation Red Family Zone

The GRFZ opens at 1.30pm, where we will be starting the Christmas celebrations with some festive activities with the chance to win some amazing prizes! 

  • Creative Corner – We have the return of Spin the Wheel! Come along and spin for your chance to win!
  • Everyone Active - Bee Active will be at the GRFZ and his friends from Everyone Active will be making Christmas cards and giving away some vouchers.
  • Cornerstone Interactive Zone – Come down and play the new EA FC24 on our brand-new consoles! See if you can beat your friends and become the best in the GRFZ!
  • Guessing Games – We have our usual guessing games of ‘Guess The Attendance’ and ‘Guess The Time Of The First Goal’. Come down and see if you can win a prize!

The Twe12th Man Bar is open after the final whistle in the North Stand, where there will be giveaways, music, food and drink.

We are backing the introduction of strong measures to help address unacceptable issues across the professional and grassroots game.

Saturday's game will see a drugs detection operation place around the stadium.

Reporting Discrimination

MFC is committed to equality, diversity and inclusion, and creating a welcoming environment for all supporters at the Riverside, away matches and in the wider community.  

We condemn all forms of hate crime and discrimination in the strongest possible terms, and urge supporters who witness any such incidents to please report them to the club.

On Matchday

  • Text the MFC Equality, Diversity and Inclusion text line on 07340 718965, giving full details of the incident and which stand, row and seat it took place if possible. The text will be sent to the matchday safety team who will investigate via steward intervention as well as direct or remote observation
  • Speak to a club steward or other member of staff
