Season Cards for 2023/24 are now available for fans to buy at our Early Bird prices.
Early Bird prices are available for renewals and new applicants, but the offer is only available until the deadline of Friday 31 March.
Buying a Season Card is cheaper than purchasing tickets on a match-by-match basis, and offers benefits including Priority Points for in-demand away and cup fixtures, as well as your seat reserved for the season.
“Football is all about people…people coming together…people sharing that special connection.”
- Boro Head Coach Michael Carrick

FAQs
Why The Price Increase?
We are facing further operational cost increases in the current climate and we have tried to minimise the impact on our supporters as best we can.
With this rise in cost and our continued aspirations to support the team - whilst remaining within the Financial Fair Play Rules - we have made an increase for the new season.
What Happens If I Don’t Renew Or Buy Before The Early Bird Deadline?
If you don't renew your Season Card in the Early Bird period, you may lose your seat for the 2023/2024 season, as after the deadline they will no longer be reserved.
By committing in the Early Bird period, you also take advantage of the cheapest prices to renew or buy ahead of next year.
How Do I Renew/Buy Online?
It is quick and easy to purchase your Season Card by visiting tickets.mfc.co.uk.
If you are renewing an existing card, select ‘Renew Season Cards’ from the Season Card menu. New applicants should select ‘Buy Season Cards’.
If you need further assistance, you can visit the Ticket Office, email ticket@mfc.co.uk or call 01642 929421. Opening hours can be found here.
Can I Renew Online On Behalf Of Friends And Family?
Yes, if that supporter is listed as a 'strong relationship' in the friends and family network of your ticketing account.
You can manage these relationships in the profile section of your ticketing account, which can be found by selecting ‘Hello [Name]’ in the top right of the page when signed in at tickets.mfc.co.uk
How Many Priority Points Will I Receive?
A Season Card will be worth a set number of Priority Points, depending on how many continuous years it has been held:
- Gold Season Cards: 80 Points
- Chairman’s Drink (Continuous Season Card Holder since 2015/16 and renewed within the Early Bird period): 75 Points
- Standard: 70 Points
Priority Points are used for sales of tickets to away and in-demand fixtures.
Will I Still Get My Free Drink?
If you are currently eligible for the Chairman's Drink, you will still receive it next season if you renew in the Early Bird period.
Can I Change Seat When I Renew?
Yes, please contact the Ticket Office on ticket@mfc.co.uk or 0142 929421.
Will I Receive A New Season Card?
Your current Season Card will be activated ahead of the new season, unless you change seats or age category in which case a new card will be issued.
What Happens If I Change Age Category For Next Season?
Price category will be decided by a supporter’s age as of 1 August 2023.
If you have changed age bracket, the Ticket Office may contact you regarding your renewal.
Is There A Finance Option?
Yes, supporters can split the cost of a Season Card into nine monthly payments with V12 Finance.
A typical finance plan is shown below:
- Total cash price: £480
- Deposit: £0
- Amount of credit: £480
- Duration of agreement: 9 months
- 1 payment of: £94.24
- Which includes an arrangement fee of: £40.90
- Followed by 7 payments of: £53.34
- Plus a final payment of: £53.28
- Interest: £0
- APR: 24.02%
- Total amount payable: £520.90
Are There Other Perks For Season Card Holders?
Season Card holders will have access to a number of benefits from the club.
For example, they can take advantage of cheaper prices for selected first team cup matches, gain free entry to Under-21 fixtures and receive discount on other club events.
Club partners and other organisations which we work with have also often been known to offer exclusive rates and incentives to Boro Season Card holders.
