Kamil Conteh has joined Grimsby Town for an undisclosed fee.
The Sierra Leonean midfielder, 20, departs for the League Two club on the back of a successful loan spell with Gateshead in the National League.
He arrived at Boro a year ago from Watford, making half a dozen appearances for Boro's Under-21s before linking up with Heed, where he would go on to win Supporters' Player of the Year.
