Goalkeeper Liam Roberts has joined Barnsley on a season-long loan.
The 28-year-old links up with the League One club after a summer that has already seen two new goalkeepers arrive at Boro.
Seny Dieng and Tom Glover have both joined Michael Carrick’s squad, paving the way for Roberts to make the move away.
Liam was in the final year of his Boro contract and he made five appearances last term.
His debut came against Barnsley in the Carabao Cup, and he replaced the injured Zack Steffen for four successive games early in the campaign.
Liam departs with the best wishes of all at MFC.
