Are you joining us at the Riverside for the Arctic Monkeys on Monday? Here's all you need to know.

Travel arrangements

We're encouraging all gig-goers to plan their journey in advance.

There will be no parking at the stadium, and the area immediately surrounding the stadium will be closed to traffic from approximately 11am.

Bookings in two nearby car parks, at Middlesbrough College and the Navigation Pub, can be made online here, or by calling Event Support Team on 01905 947540. Bookings are priced at £20 per car.

A dedicated drop-off and pick-up zone has been created close to Middlesbrough College and accessed via Vulcan Street (sat-nav TS2 1AD). The drop-off and pick-up zone will be signposted and will operate a one-way system to improve free flow. We strongly advise using this area for drop-offs and pick-ups, particularly after the show when access to the stadium via the A66 will be prohibited.

Private hire taxis are advised to use the drop-off and pick-up zone. We recommend that taxis are booked in advance, as demand will be extremely high. Post-event, there will be a temporary Hackney Carriage ranks to the north and south of the stadium, on Priestman Road and Shepherdson Way.

We encourage the use of public transport where possible, with options including trains and buses into Middlesbrough town centre.

Further transport advice can be found here

Entering the stadium

Entrance Gates open at 2.30pm. Please go to the Entrance Gate shown on your ticket, which will be clearly signposted as you approach the stadium.

Guests can leave the site at any time; however, we are operating a no re-entry policy.

Fan Villages

Having proved hugely popular at previous concerts, we're excited to be opening two external Fan Villages, on opposite sides of the stadium (east and west).

Each Fan Village will have a variety of food and drink on sale, as well as official merchandise, plus live entertainment to enjoy.

More information about venue facilities is here

Is there food and drink available inside the stadium?

You can enter the stadium itself from 5pm, where all the concourse food and drink outlets will be open throughout.

All concourse units will have cash and card options available for payment, though card is still the preferred method.

If you have a Pitch Standing ticket, you will be able to buy drinks from various outlets around the edge of the pitch, please note these will be CASH ONLY.

To minimize congestion, Pitch Standing ticket holders will NOT be permitted access to the West Stand concourses.

All drinks, regardless of content, will be decanted into drink containers.

Meeting Points

Four meeting point locations have been identified at clearly identifiable landmarks on the main approaches to the stadium.

What can I bring with me?

To speed up your entry, we are asking that people do not bring a bag to the event, if possible. If you need to bring a bag, this must be no bigger than A4 and will be searched. Anything listed on our prohibited items list will be confiscated before entry and any bags bigger than A4 will not be permitted into the stadium.

Prohibited items include umbrellas, signs and banners, selfie sticks, food and drink (unless for medicinal purposes), flammable liquids and aerosols (including perfume, hairspray, etc), and laptops, tablets, and professional cameras/video equipment.

There will be nowhere to store any such prohibited items, and they will therefore have to be disposed of prior to the event.

A full list of prohibited items can be found here
