Boro's Head Physio Chris Moseley is joining hundreds of football club staff in a charity challenge for Prostate Cancer UK.
Chris, along with more than 300 staff from 60 clubs across the UK, is part of the Prostate United challenge taking place throughout October.
The Boro stalwart, who has worked for the club for over two decades, is putting in the hard yards - clocking up 25km on the bike, 10km running or 12km on the cross trainer each and every day in October.
One in eight men will at some stage be diagnosed with prostate cancer, and it kills a person every 45 minutes. Prostate Cancer UK have already invested £75m in helping research the disease, as well as building a support network for the men it affects and their families.
