Boro's Under-21s will kick-off the new season at Bishop Auckland on Monday with a visit from Reading.
Mark Tinkler's charges will head into the game on the back of a pre-season that included games in Germany and Canada and ended with a win over Leeds United at Rockliffe.
Boro finished 11th in the new-look league last season while Reading, who ended the campaign with a five-match unbeaten run, finished sixth.
The Boro side will have a different look about it this term with a number of players having moved on during the summer while the likes of Law McCabe, Sonny Finch, George McCormick, and Harley Hunt have all been involved with the senior side.
The squad to face Reading will include a handful with senior experience with Matthew Hoppe, James Wilson, Finn Cartwright, and Charlie Lennon all likely to be involved.
Admission at Heritage Park is free for Season Ticket holders and £3 to non-STs.
