Boro's youngsters were out and about this week with their annual Christmas visit to Abbey Hill Academy in Stockton.
The club's scholars handed out gifts, met with the students, and took part in various activities.
Head of Education and Welfare Barry Dawson said: "This is something which the Academy has done for over 20 years. It is such a special experience for everyone connected to both the school and the club.
"The school belief is that it is where amazing children do amazing things, but I would also add that they are supported by amazing people.
"The apprentices were a great credit to themselves and the club, engaging with all and when asked how they found it, the apprentices referred to it as 'inspirational, humbling, special, a place of happiness.'
"It was a real humbling and inspirational experience for all who attended."
