We are delighted to welcome Lassa Tyres as a Premium Partner of the club, in an agreement which will also see the brand appear on MFC Women’s training kit.
Turkey’s leading established brand, the foundations for Lassa were first laid 50 years ago in 1974. The company behind Lassa, Brisa, is now one of Europe’s largest tyre producers, and with their motto of “together in every mile”, Lassa Tyres is an ambitious brand that is gearing up to grow even further worldwide.
Lassa manufactures passenger, SUV, light truck, truck, bus, agriculture and off the road tyres in two plants – which combined cover over half a million square metres and produce a new tyre every 2.5 seconds. Brisa distributes Lassa Tyres in over 80 countries worldwide through an impressive network of distributors who are specially selected for their location, logistics and experience.
As well as taking pride of place on the Errea training wear worn by Boro Women for the remainder of their season, Lassa Tyres branding will also feature at the Riverside Stadium on LED advertising boards, the Big Screen and a static advertising board in the North Stand.
Evren Güzel, Brisa Marketing & International Markets Chief Commercial Officer, said: “With our longstanding Lassa Tyres brand, which has a rooted history of half a century, we conduct tyre production with innovative approaches and international standards of safety and quality.
“The UK is one of our target markets where we’re focused on growing our brand and widening our distribution network. We see this as in important collaboration with Middlesbrough FC and we have full confidence that we will establish a heartfelt connection with the supporters of this esteemed team as well.”
An MFC spokesperson said: “We’re excited to welcome Lassa Tyres on board with MFC for the rest of the season, and look forward to this partnership going from strength to strength.
“It is fantastic to see the renowned Lassa Tyres brand on the training kit for our women’s team for what promises to be an exciting conclusion to their first campaign since becoming officially affiliated with the club.”
