Remembering Keith Lamb

There will be a moment's applause before the game in memory of our former Chief Executive, Keith Lamb, who passed away this week.

Programme

Saturday's programme takes the shape of a poster-zine with a foldout of our first team squad photo.

Issues are available to purchase around the stadium on matchdays and in the club shop.

MFC Official

The club shop will be open from 10am until kick-off.

FanZone

Our FanZone is open from 3pm up to kick-off as well as after the final whistle, with a variety of drinks and snacks available.

Gary Philipson from BBC Tees is our compere, and Neil Maddison will give his thoughts on the game before kick-off at 4pm.

We also have our Home and Away Quiz and some giveaways.

Twe12th Man Bar

The Twe12th Man Bar is open after the final whistle in the North Stand. Giveaways, music, food and drink are available and you can chat with your friends and fellow supporters about the game.  

Generation Red Family Zone

The GRFZ opens at 4pm.

  • Everyone Active – Bee Active and his friends will be here with their ‘Spot The Ball’ competition for the chance to win some amazing prizes.
  • Gaming Zones – Our external Gaming Zone, located to the right of the East Stand entrance, will be open between 3.30pm-5pm with Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch consoles for supporters to enjoy. Our Cornerstone Interactive Zone inside the GRFZ will be open from 4pm.
  • Creative Corner – We are up for the cup, are you? Visit our Creative Corner and complete our FA Cup quiz on Boro’s history in football’s oldest competition for the chance to win an amazing prize! Table football is also open for supporters, adjacent to the Creative Corner.
  • GRFZ Flag Waving: If you would like to be involved in pitchside flag waving, please email supporters@mfc.co.uk. We also have our Honesty Flags to wave throughout the game. Please remember to hand these back at the end of the match to our Happy To Help staff.
  • Subs Bench – The Subs Bench will be open for our younger supporters; we have plenty of activities for the children to enjoy! Please see a member of our Happy To Help staff if you would like to visit.

Reporting Discrimination

MFC is committed to equality, diversity and inclusion, and creating a welcoming environment for all supporters at the Riverside, away matches and in the wider community.  

We condemn all forms of hate crime and discrimination in the strongest possible terms, and urge supporters who witness any such incidents to please report them to the club.

On Matchday

  • Text the MFC Equality, Diversity and Inclusion text line on 07340 718965, giving full details of the incident and which stand, row and seat it took place if possible. The text will be sent to the matchday safety team who will investigate via steward intervention as well as direct or remote observation
  • Speak to a club steward or other member of staff
  • Use the free Kick It Out App
