Ticket Office Opening Hours:
- Main: 10am - kick-off
- North (collections): 6pm - kick-off
- East/South/Visitors: 6.30pm - kick-off
Fans are urged to arrive early to avoid queues and congestion for both ticket collections and at the turnstiles.
Bring Your Scarves!
Supporter groups, including the Twe12th Man, are urging fans to bring along their red and white scarves and create a sea of red and white in the Riverside stands.
Red Faction are also showcasing their own tifo display in the South Stand.
Programme
Our #UTB magazine is priced at £4 and available to purchase around the stadium on matchdays and in the club shop.
MFC Official
The club shop will be open from 10am until kick-off.
FanZone
Our FanZone is open from 5.30pm up to kick-off as well as after the final whistle, with a variety of drinks and snacks available.
Gary Philipson from BBC Tees is our compere, and Neil Maddison will give his pre-match thoughts at 6.35pm.
We also have our Home and Away Quiz and some giveaways.
Generation Red Family Zone
The GRFZ opens at 6.30pm.
- Everyone Active – Bee Active and his friends will be here and they are up for the cup! Tuesday is National Poetry At Work Day and we are running a poetry competition alongside a Bee Active colouring sheet. Winning entries will receive some Everyone Active vouchers.
- Gaming Zones – Our External Gaming Zone is open from 6pm-7.30pm, and the Cornerstone Interactive Zone (inside the GRFZ) opens at 6.30pm. We have all of the latest consoles for kids and adults to enjoy!
- Creative Corner – We have a Carabao Cup-themed quiz for our supporters to join in with. There may even be some Carabao Cup-themed giveaways! Pop down and check it out.
- GRFZ Flag Waving: If you would like to be involved in pitchside flag waving, please email supporters@mfc.co.uk. We also have our Honesty Flags to wave throughout the game. Please remember to hand these back at the end of the match to our Happy To Help staff.
- Subs Bench – The Subs Bench will be open for our younger supporters; we have plenty of activities for the children to enjoy! Please see a member of our Happy To Help staff if you would like to visit.

Reporting Discrimination
MFC is committed to equality, diversity and inclusion, and creating a welcoming environment for all supporters at the Riverside, away matches and in the wider community.
We condemn all forms of hate crime and discrimination in the strongest possible terms, and urge supporters who witness any such incidents to please report them to the club.
On Matchday
- Text the MFC Equality, Diversity and Inclusion text line on 07340 718965, giving full details of the incident and which stand, row and seat it took place if possible. The text will be sent to the matchday safety team who will investigate via steward intervention as well as direct or remote observation
