A locally-born player, Faye grew up on Teesside and played for Boro Women's junior teams as a youngster.
She is making her return to Boro after a stint at Durham Cestria.
Faye made her debut for Boro on 23 February 2020 against Derby County.
She scored her first goal for Boro's first team in a 3-1 win over Hull City Ladies in the Women's FA Cup on 4 April 2021.
Faye wore Boro colours for three years, racking up 27 appearances across the first team and reserve team, scoring 16 goals in her time.
Since leaving in 2022 Faye has scored 13 goals in 42 appearances at Durham Cestria.
During her time Faye helped Durham Cestria to a second-placed finish last year, only missing out on promotion on goal difference.
She has also represented the Lionesses all the way from U15 to U19 level.
