The 18-year-old has signed his first professional contract with the club until 2026.
Previously at Huddersfield Town, Hazeem finished as top goal scorer two years running for the terriers at Under-18s level.
The youngster then impressed when he joined up with our Under-18s towards the end of last season.
Hazeem managed to score three goals in two games, with an impressive brace coming against Newcastle at the Riverside Stadium.
The prolific goal scorer has now been rewarded with his first professional contract.
