Two new faces have joined Boro Women's U23s coaching staff.
Dom Bylett and James Howarth have both joined Boro Women's staff with the former being appointed as Head Coach and the latter Goalkeeper Coach.
Dom, previously of Sunderland U23s comes with heaps of experience in developing young players fit to transition into first-team senior football.
With Sunderland Dom led his team to two title-winning seasons, going unbeaten in both.
Sunderland U23s also went on to win both the Durham County Cup and North East Regional League Cup during Dom's tenure.
Goalkeeping coach, James started his coaching career at Spennymoor, before moving on to coach alongside Dom for much of his coaching career at Sunderland U23s.
In his playing time, James would have a brief stint trialling with former Boro 'keeper Stephen Pears before going on to play for Stenhousemuir FC and Blyth Spartans in his senior career.
The pair will join Craig Devon as part of the U23s coaching set-up, with Harry Gibson leaving the club.
