Finn Azaz made his first start for the Republic of Ireland in Dublin on Tuesday.

The Boro man was handed a full international debut and his second cap by boss John O'Shea for a friendly with Hungary at the Aviva Stadium, and got 62 minutes under his belt. The scores were tied when Azaz made way, Norwich City's Adam Idah having given the hosts a first-half lead which was quickly cancelled out by a Hungary goal from Adam Lang.

Troy Parrott stole victory for the Boys In Green with a breakaway winner in stoppage time.
