Graeme Carrick has joined the club’s first team coaching staff.
The 39-year-old arrives from Newcastle United where he has been Under-18s manager for the past two seasons.
A highly-rated coach, Graeme cut his teeth at Newcastle United as a youth coach almost 20 years ago before joining the England set-up, where he spent 15 years working with some of the country’s brightest young talent.
Born in Wallsend, Graeme began his playing career at West Ham United's youth set-up before injury put an abrupt end to his footballing career, and he moved into coaching with Newcastle.
