Dom Bylett took the reins of Boro Women's U23s squad in July in a reshuffle of the coaching set-up.
The U23s season kicks off this Sunday with an away trip to Stockport County after working hard behind the scenes in pre-season.
Before their season gets underway, we spoke to Dom to discuss the changes to the staff and the progress made in pre-season as well as looking ahead to the new campaign.
