Boro Under-21s were beaten 2-0 as Fulham emerged victorious at Motspur Park.
Despite a valiant effort with a one-man disadvantage from Boro, a first-half goal from Lemar Gordon and a late strike from Seth Ridgeon was enough to secure all three points for the hosts.

Boro started the game on the front foot and the first chance of the game fell to Charlie Lennon. The winger drilled a left-footed strike goalwards but his effort was saved well.
Tinkler's side continued to put the home side under pressure, with Sonny Finch and Frankie Coulson both having sights of goal.
Finch came close again just before the interval. His strike from distance was saved well by Michael Allen in the Fulham net.
On the stroke of half-time, the hosts took the lead. Gordon was the man on target for Fulham to give them the advantage going into the break.

Moments after the restart Boro were reduced to ten men when Luke Woolston received his second yellow card of the game.
The home team looked to pounce on the one-man advantage, with Ridgeon firing just wide from outside the box.
Gordon came close to getting his second of the evening but his effort could only sting the palms of Shea Connor.
The home side made it two just before the final whistle. Ridgeon slammed home his thunderous effort from distance to seal the three points for Fulham.
