The club’s crest project is continuing to progress, with crucial feedback from supporters underpinning each stage.
We’re exploring plans to change crest in line with our upcoming 150th anniversary, which will be celebrated in the 2026/27 season.
YouGov Survey
Supporters who are opted in to club communications and have a ticketing purchase history with the club may recently have received an email survey sent from market research company YouGov.
Following up on the club’s own survey distributed at the start of the season - and as advised by the FA as part of their heritage rules - we have commissioned YouGov as an industry leader in consumer research to provide detailed, independent findings with which to augment our own feedback channels.
The survey forms part of this research, and already has had a strong completion rate. It will remain open until the end of Monday 17 February.
The survey takes around five minutes to complete, and asks supporters to provide their Boro Reference number for validation purposes, which can be found on your Season Ticket, online ticketing account, or email receipts for any ticketing purchases.
Visit Us In The FanZone
In the build-up to Saturday’s match against Watford, we’ll be chatting to supporters in the FanZone to get some face-to-face feedback on the Boro crest.
Look out for our staff in the Here To Help Hub and around in the FanZone from 1.30pm, and let us know your thoughts!
Online Crest Workshop
Following our initial workshop at the Riverside Stadium in December, as well as subsequent meetings with various fan groups, we’re pleased to be holding an online session this weekend.
This session will be via Zoom video call, to offer opportunity for those unable to attend the Riverside. It will start at midday on Sunday 16 February.
A limited number of free tickets for this workshop will be made available to reserve online from midday on Thursday 13 February via tickets.mfc.co.uk under ‘Events’. Supporters will be able to reserve one ticket each. They will not be available to those who already attended the event in December.
The session will last around 90 minutes in total. Supporters who claim tickets will be sent a confirmation email, followed by a secondary email with an access link and passcode. They will be asked to join on a device with a working camera and microphone in order to join discussions during the second part of the workshop.
