Sonny Finch struck a hat-trick as Boro Under-21s earned their place in the final of the North Riding Senior Cup.
Boro were 6-1 winners over Redcar Town at Heritage Park, with Dan Nkrumah scoring a brace and Charlie Lennon netting the other goal.
They will face Scarborough Athletic in the final after they beat Redcar Athletic in the other semi-final.
Finch got Boro off to a lightning-quick start at Bishop Auckland, notching the opener within the first minute with a close-range finish.
His second - another poacher's effort - restored Boro's lead after Redcar had equalised, and Lennon made it 3-1 with a fine dink over the goalkeeper shortly before half-time.
Finch completed his hat-trick on 55 minutes, heading home from inside the six-yard box, before Nkrumah got the first of his two goals midway through the second half, dancing his way through and picking out the top corner.
Nkrumah completed the scoring in the closing stages as he nudged in from close range.
Boro are now one victory away from winning this competition for a 56th time, and for the first time since 2018.
