Bio

Lauren began her footballing journey when at 4 years old, training week in and week out both with her team and brother.

Her first team was Darwen Rangers where she played for the boy's team for a year before a girl's team was formed. 

Moving to the North East, Lauren went on to play at Bedlington Juniors, which later became Bedlington FC where she played for 9 seasons whilst also playing for the likes of Newcastle United Development Centre and Northumberland County.

At U16 level, Lauren played a season for New Fordley FC before signing for Newcastle United Women on her 16th birthday.

After two years on Tyneside Lauren moved to Durham Cestria for three years before a short five-month spell at Boro

Ending that spell was a return to Newcastle, where she would stay for two more years finishing second and first in the league in that time, playing a crucial role in Newcastle's promotion netting nine goals in 19 appearances.

Following promotion with Newcastle, Lauren would return to Boro where in her first season she would net nine goals and ten assists.
